FAST LOCAL DELIVERY
Same-Day Delivery to Houston
Lustra Furniture offers Same-Day Delivery on select in-stock products within our local delivery area. Eligible products are clearly identified on our website.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM CST for eligible products will be delivered the same day by 11:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will be scheduled for the next business day.
Same-Day Delivery is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.
Local Furniture Delivery
We offer local delivery for eligible furniture orders within our service area. Delivery availability, timing, and fees may vary depending on your location, product availability, order size, and delivery schedule.

After your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm product availability and schedule a delivery date.
Returns Policy
Because our prices are so low, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items sold in store or online. Lustra Furniture only sells brand new furniture, we cannot take back furniture that has been used or out of it’s original packaging. Nonetheless, Lustra Furniture will review special circumstances that may require an exchange. Lustra Furniture will examine case by case and holds the right to determine outcome. A cancellation notice can be accepted if the driver has not loaded furniture in the truck. Once on track, there will be a restocking fee of 25% of final sale as well as a delivery fee. Customer is entitled to report any damages or defects within a 48-hour period. After this grace period, Lustra Furniture is not responsible for merchandise’s repair. Customer is responsible to check merchandise at delivery or pickup.
